Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced individual to audit, filter, and improve the quality of a large portfolio of social media accounts across X (Twitter) and other platforms. The goal is to identify bad or underperforming accounts and either fix them to meet quality standards or flag them for removal/replacement.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit social media accounts across X and other platforms
• Identify accounts that are low quality, flagged, restricted, or lack credibility
• Categorize accounts into tiers (good, fixable, bad/dead)
• Work on rehabilitating fixable accounts — improving their profile completeness, activity, and credibility signals
• Maintain a detailed tracker of all accounts and their status
• Provide regular reports on progress, account health, and recommendations
• Suggest and implement best practices to maintain long-term account quality

Requirements

• Solid experience with X (Twitter) and other social media platforms
• Ability to evaluate account quality (profile completeness, history, engagement, credibility)
• Strong organizational skills to handle large volumes of accounts
• Experience filtering or managing bulk accounts
• Attention to detail and ability to follow quality standards

Preferred

• Experience with improvement workflows
• Knowledge of platform-specific rules and restrictions
